Delete My Account

Option 1 — In the app (instant)

1. Open Tether and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm twice — deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 2 — By email (no app or sign-in required)

If you no longer have the app installed or can’t sign in, email privacy@mailer.phoenixflow.co.uk with the subject “Delete my account” from the email address you signed up with, and include:

• The email address on your Tether account
• Your Tether display name or friend code, if you know it (helps us find your account faster)

We verify the request against the account’s registered email and process it within a few days. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

What gets deleted

Either option permanently removes: your streaks and check-in history, XP/level/ badges, streak freezes, friend connections, competitions you’ve joined or created and any messages you’ve posted in them, your profile (display name, friend code), and your sign-in credentials. This cannot be recovered once done.
